    Position Overview

    As a Payroll Administrator, you will support the Finance Division by performing financial system administration for Corporate Payroll.  

    Responsibilities

    • T&E system (currently Certify and JPMorgan)
    • Analyze and approve/disapprove (based on company policy) employee expense reports (including but not limited to Executives).
    • Produce monthly reports – Audit and >30day outstanding
    • Training and support for travelers - including but not limited to Executives.
    • Maintain JPMorgan Travel card – including but not limited to ordering cards, limit changes, fraudulent charge research and monthly payment.
    • Banking
    • Year End and W2 process
    • Reconcile 3rd party sick records and communicate to Tax department
    • Audit Graebel monthly relocation reports, deduction and imputed time records, garnishments, dues, 401K and deceased employees beneficiary payments
    • Update and maintain internal Payroll Tax Guide
    • Identify and update employee records for  taxable fringe, dual residency corrections
    • Respond to requests for ad hoc information as assigned and communicate to all levels of the organization
    • Support management efforts to create process improvements and document departmental procedures
    • Liaison between Payroll department and Tax department for escheatment reconciliation/payments.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of generally accepted principles, practices and laws related to payroll, taxes, T&E system, garnishment processing and benefits is required.
    • Solid understanding of Excel along with demonstrated analytical and communication skills.
    • Technically proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel required.
