    Position Overview

    As an Inventory Control Representative, you will be responsible for processing, reporting, and analysis of Standard Credit, and various other quality reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of random weight transactions and their affects to shrink. Identify and research errors found and determine proper course of correction to ensure accurate billings to customers & payments to vendors
    • Review and audit PO receiving for multiple locations
    • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports designed to provide various information about patterns of random weight shrink gains & losses
    • Identify, research, & resolve through various resources random weight errors to ensure accurate billings to customers and payments to vendors.
    • Utilizing research and report results to communicate consistent receiving, billing, or inventory adjustment problems found to Inventory Control and/or Warehouse personnel in an effort to correct erroneous behaviors

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma required
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; good time management abilities
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to work as a key member of small office team
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
