C&S is looking for a Manager, Workforce Analytics. The HR Analytics “consultant” will focus on building and refining HR analytic capabilities, leveraging the Workday HRIS platform. These capabilities include processes and metrics to ensure that timely, accurate, and insightful information is available to business leaders and HR across the company.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in repurposing raw data into actionable information, and will play a key consultative role to our internal customers, to include identifying strategic information needs, conducting data and process analyses, providing actionable recommendations and executing analytical projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. The position will assist in the development of targeted action planning within HR and the business leaders.
