    Position Overview

    As an Associate Analyst of Customer Planning & Inventory Management, you will be required to work together with our account teams to help drive down impaired inventory through improved reporting, support, and constant engagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and tailor customer reports to ensure accurate and actionable data.
    • Oversee expedited new item requests, item conversions and item maintenance.
    • Support account teams to resolve, track and measure inventory issues such as: excess ad, discontinued, dead and excess, short-coded, customer reserve, and slow movers.
    • Manage new customer or additional business start-ups, as opportunities arise (as related to Impaired Inventory processes and training).
    • Assist in candy and seasonal programs.
    • Continually review and identify opportunities to modify, automate, and streamline existing business processes to find more efficient and effective ways for both organizations to meet their business objectives.
    • Common KPI development and tracking.
    • Support quarterly business review.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
    • 1-2 years Procurement, Sales, or Inventory Management experience preferred
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Project management skills preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
