    Position Overview

    As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be the main clerical support for the Accounting Department.


    • Process invoices in FMS process flow.
    • Prepare aprons and uploads for AP processing.
    • Data entry of journal entries into general ledger system.
    • Prepare Process Flow Summary Report daily.
    • Miscellaneous account analysis for General Accounting.
    • General filing, faxing and interoffice correspondence.
    • Other duties may occur from time to time as assigned by management to meet the changing needs of the business.


    • Accounting skills necessary
    • Computer knowledge essential; previous experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
    • General knowledge of Accounts Payable is helpful
    • High attention to detail
    • Good organization skills. Flexibility a must
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
