Position Overview

As an Associate Analyst, Supply Chain/ Trade Relations, you will execute insightful analyses and KPI reporting of performance for various processes within C&S and across external partners. The analyses are expected to highlight casual factors constraining performance as well as factors that impact trade funding.


  • Ensure all Partners are receiving accurate and timely data and services as defined by their contractual relationship with C&S. Provide on-going support and training to the broker and vendor community in support of the C&S vendor programs.
  • Support Supply Chain and Trade Relations initiatives as needed with data analysis, data storage in databases, and reporting.
  • Assist management to establish decision rules by formulating supply chain and trade program strategies that reduce overall costs and optimize customer service levels.
  • Maintain and validate business data and preform ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Work with the subject matter experts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for various applications. Assist in the research, design, and development of applicable key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate management.
  • Assist in the organization, facilitation, and administration of the flow of communication, schedules, project requests, recommendation and milestones.
  • Analyze and report on various metrics relative to customer and vendor performance including but not limited to tracking and analyzing inventory days on hand, target inventory levels, vendor fill rates, customer service level and lead time variability etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • One year relevant experience preferred
  • Sound statistical acumen, interpretation and analytical ability
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, and basic knowledge of MS Access and SQL
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
