    Position Overview

    As a National Fleet Coordinator, you will schedule the movement of transfer goods, empty pallets, bales, reclaim product, balance trailer pools and to act as a communication & logistical hub for the C&S warehousing & transportation network.


    • Maximize the efficiency for movement of empty pallets, bales & reclaim goods between C&S facilities and TPM centers.
    • Respond and adjust to changes in backhaul plans to ensure highest possible service levels.
    • Track shipments across the network.
    • Facilitate communication between dispatch offices, drivers, vendors and various C&S departments.
    • Perform routing of outbound orders for fleet operations.
    • Monitor GPS tracking devices and related software.
    • Provide optimal transportation solutions for transfer product between outside storage locations and C&S facilities.
    • Prepare operational summaries, spreadsheets and system generated reports
    • Incorporate backhauls and other transportation moves into the initial outbound route plan.
    • Make quality decisions 100% of the time in support of customer requirements, warehouse service levels, transportation efficiency and drive optimal value to the C&S organization. 


    • College education preferred, High School Diploma required
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience in transportation role is preferred. Minimum – comparable experience interacting with customers/vendors in a similar setting.
    • Understanding of internet communication applications, concepts of customer service and decision making.
    • Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong, clear, concise communication skills both verbal and written. Attention to detail.
